Ahhh the life of boarding school, barely back and there is already a party planned. I wonder how mush people can get away with at this school? If they can pull off a party on the most obvious night ever, the first one, and not get caught, I'm sure they could get away with anything.

The dorm lists were posted, I was with a bunch of guys I had yet to meet. Then I saw Jack's name. Now wasn't this just going to be the greatest year?

Jay:

Your unbelievable." I murmured.

"I know." He chuckled.

We started walking toward the dorms. I slid his arm from my shoulders. I was not up to a guy who looked like a prep. Oh how I hate them. I stopped and looked around at the billboard for a sheet where my dorm was.

"What are you looking for, Jay?" Oliver asked.

"I don't know where my dorm is." I replied. All of a sudden a random girl came up and I asked, "Do you have a dorm sheet?" She nodded her head and search in her bookbag. I scanned the sheet and handed it back to her. "Thanks." So, I'm in a dorm with Summer, Rachel, and Emma.

I looked up and saw Oliver looking at me.

"What?!" I asked.

"Oh, nothing, you just look sorta hot in that shirt. Well, I'm off. Goodbye ladies, see you at the party." I say with a smile, and then walk to my dorm.

"Hello, gentlemen." I say, walking in with a smile.

"Oh, you're here." Conner says, obviously upset.

"Jealous, much?" I ask.

"Of what?" Conner demands.

"My awesomeness." I say with another grin.

"You only dream." He says coldly.

"Yeah, you're jealous." I say, plopping down on my bed and taking out a Seventeen magazine, just begging to be mocked. I waited for his response, trying to contain my laughter.

Thomas:

"Secret party, Oliver?"I questioned him with confused face.

"Oh, don't worry. You're invited, Thomas." Oliver said with a smirked then continued minding whatever was his business. This couldn't be happening, if my memory serves me right, we're still in the first few weeks of school and now, a secret party is going to happen? I looked at Oliver once again, puzzled. He didn't seem to care.

Connor? Last time I saw him, he'd gave me this frightening look.

I didn't know if Rachel is invited. If I would ask Oliver about her, he might sense something different about it.

I look down at the two outfits, the only two outifts I had, thrown on the bed. I turn to Summer.

"What am I going to wear?" I ask her in distress. I was going to a party with nothing to wear.

"Here, this is my prom dress from last year, try it on. It should fit you. It's too big for me." Emma says. The dress is long and white, past my knees. It has a black ribbon to go around the waist.

"what size shoe are you?" She asks me.

"Uh, seven." I say. She tosses me a black pair of heels.

"They'll be the perfect fit." She smiles at me. I put on the dress.

"Well, a little big around the waist, but just tighten the ribbon. The shoes are good, though. You look good." She adds.

"Thank you." I turn to look in the mirror. I did look kind of nice. I put my hair into a ponytail, then watch the other girls make their dress selections.

Olivia:

I was in the other girls dorm because I knew the people here. One girl, I believe her name was Rachel, didn't have a dress. After the whole exchange of the dress and shoes "Rule number 3, always have an outfit for every occasion."

The girl gave me a quizzical look. Giving a shrug I pulled off my shorts and tank top off and said "Olivia's Rules of Life."

I slid on my dress and looked into the full length mirror. "I look good." I said concietidly. The other girls gave laughs.

I almost put my hair up but then decided against it. I hated always having to check to see if it was in place. Letting my orange hair fall to my shoulders I smacked my lips "Anyone got lipgloss?" I asked. Rachel handed me a tube and I spread it across my lips.

As I rubbed my lips together I handed her the tube. I admired my reflection in the mirror with a smile.

Jamie:

I was trying to not to freak out. My stupid mom didn't pack my dress like I asked her to. But I was prepared for that; before I left the house, I packed it neatly in my small black and silver snatchel. After a 10 minute shower, I wriggled into the small bareback, v neck slim black dress. Then I put my usual makeup on: eyeliner, mascera, and black eyeshadow. I just put a light lipgloss on. I blow dried my hair, so I didn't have wet hair during the party. I looked at my skull watch and put on 1/2 inch heels.

Ahh, a secret party I was never invited to? Crash time? I think so. It was in the other boys dorm but if a bunch of girls were able to sneak in, I could.

The party was in an hour but what better way to arrive than fashionably late? Especially when you were crashing. I decided to play my guitar for a while, the one luxury my parents had allowed me to bring. I had just started to play my new piece when my roommate, Thomas walked in dropping his backpack and violin case on his bed. ***yuriko, if you have any problem with this I can change it.*** "Hey man, did you write that?" He asked.

"Uh yeah actually, just before leaving Canada. I was feeling kind of bluesy then. It's really nothing, chicken scratch." I said.

He smiled, "It was really good, I would say we should jam sometime but..." He said motioning to his violin.

"I don't know, it might make a pretty sweet combonation. How would we know?" I laughed.

"Touche," he said, "Still, it was pretty good. You should consider joining the school band. I recently joined but it seems pretty cool, and we only have one guitar player."

I shrugged, "That's not really my scene but I'll think about it."

"I hope you do man, you've got talent." He said, "You should come to that party tonight, in Connor's dorm."

"Oh, there's a party?" I asked. Damn, crashing the party wasn't going to be as fun anymore now that I was invited.

I look at myself in the mirror.

A year ago, I was a hard working girl, just scraping by. A girl with few dreams, and a cloudy future. Surrounded by hate, and jealousy. Where getting drunk was a sport, and smoking wasn't considered bad. Where I had known better, where I didn't fit in. American city life. It was how I had grown up, and how I thought I would be.

Now I planned to audition for a school play, and hoped to make it. I had dreams, hope, and faith. I knew there really was a chance for me to succeed. I was in a British boarding school, in a dress ,about to go to a party. A party I shouldn't have been at. I party that was against the rules.

Was this really me, or some other girl. Was I really one to break the rules? would I really go? I had changed, and I knew it. I didn't even know myself anymore.

"Come on!" Summer yells. I quickly brush a piece of hair out of my face, and follow her into the hallway.

"What if we're caught?" I ask.

"Oh, we wont be. The teacher's won't notice." She promises with a smile. I find a way to smile back.

The girls began to arrive at the party, each one looking better than the last. True, some were wearing too much makeup, but I could deal. I must have seemed a little under dressed, since most of the other guys were in khakis and nice tops, but I couldn’t care less that I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

Rachel came last, with Summer practically pulling her. Of all the girls, she was hands-down the prettiest. Not much makeup, and the dress didn’t look like some three year old toddler colored it in.

“Well hello, Rachel.” I say with a grin.

“Uh, hi.” She says.

“You look nice.” That’s an understatement.

“Thanks.” She says. Conner throws a dirty look in my direction. I go off to talk to Summer. Maybe I could get a few of these girls' numbers before the night was over. I go over to where a group of them were standing.

"Hello, ladies." I say with a grin.

Oliver was acting so weird. It kind of scared me. I watched him leave, then went over to Conner. He was standing with a group of other girls, perfectly at ease, just laughing and talking. I wish I could do that, just feel comfortable around large groups of people. but, sadly, I was hopeless when it came to social situations.

"Hey." I say with a sigh. I wasn't sure whether I should be here or not, despite the fact I was having fun.

"Tired?" He asks.

"First time breaking a school rule." I admit. He laughs.

"Not the first for me."

"That doesn't surprise me." I say. It really didn't. he seemed like the type to do that a lot. But honestly, it was exciting. I thought I would just feel guilty, but I was almost having fun.

"NO, I AM NOT GOING TO A BOARDING SCHOOL!" I yell as two security guards drag me out of the car. My mom intended for me to enroll here. That would happen when pigs started singing and I stopped playing guitar.

The guards lift me up, and I kick one in the gut, then one the head. He falls to the ground. The other one is pulled down because he is left holding me up by himself. I stand up, and kick him too.

"Kerry, dear you really shouldn't do that." My mom says.

"I don't answer to that." I say.

"Key," my mom grimaces on my band-given nickname, "you shouldn't do that."

"Well, I did, and I do. Deal with it." I say. I growl when two better trained security guards grab me from behind.

"Watch out, she will try to escape." My mom warns them. I try to wiggle free, but they just hold tighter. I scowl as they bring me into my own personal hell, school.
Don't know, don't see, just fade.....
