~TH E G IFT ED Q UA RT ET~ A story by @Saen and @Danni88 Maruco and Scarlet are used to the unnatural. Both are students at Madam Prince's School for the Gifted, a place that teaches those with magical powers so they can learn to harness their potential. Though they face the struggles that any normal student faces, they're also quite used to magic. Arin and Sune are used to a different kind of unnatural. Both are interstellar explorers in the wraith-infested Pegasus Galaxy. Magic runs through their veins, but science is the cause of any bizarre situations they're thrown into. But when they're torn from their galaxy - and possibly their reality - as a result of a strange artifact in a deserted civilization, they're going to have to get used to their magic if they want to find a way home.

She glanced over at her shoulder at the girl - Emma, right? - as she and Sune hurried after Scarlet and Maruco. The poor girl looked incredibly confused, and Arin wished she could help her find her wand. It was too bad they were trying to be secretive - if they hadn't been, she might have offered to help her out right then and there.
