Ahh...not @alliyah but she is responsible for me liking dark cyan so much...it was always my favorite color but only after reading her article did I find out what said color was called...

Dora looks great, @SirenCymbaline! I know we already talked about this a bit, but I can definitely see her, Mari and Jane being an absolutely terrifying trio.

Now that almost all of the cast is assembled, it looks like I'll have to update the cast list to include character names.

I'm not sure which idea is more entertaining: a group of badass girlies fighting off evil, or a boy who has no other guy friends so he's just chillin with them fighting the patriarchy together lol

Signe definitely looks interesting! I can see her and Theodora really hitting it off because of the metal-related powers. I also really love her superhero name.

With that last CP in, it looks like we're all set to kick this storybook off! I'll get the first post up relatively soon. I'm planning on starting in the very middle of the action, but I'm also still trying to figure out what exactly the villain attack on their school is going to be like. Any thoughts on what that attack should be like?

(By the way, I think we might have a cast of mostly female-presenting characters? All of the characters are okay with she/her pronouns, though I think a few of them are a little more chill with different gender identities - like Jane.)

Yay!! Super excited for this to get started. I don't know why but I got wayyyy more invested in Daphne than I ever expected to be.

Starting in he middle of the action sounds cool...uhh villain attacks...*brainstorm commences*...uhh maybe there's some event in school and they attack the gathering? bunch of villains disguised as janitors attack during recess?..those are what came to my head.

Speaking of the event at the school, maybe it's Pride Day, and everyone's in the biggest room of the school. And the villains launch a surprise attack.

I was thinking, wouldn't it be great for them to attack during something nobody wants to be at, like the most boring assembly speech you can possibly imagine, so the mundanity can contrast with the cray cray

And then I was like, Sports Day.

That could be wild. Picture it, you're doing a relay race, you don't think you quite recognise the kid in front of you but you run and you pass the baton, sike it sheds it's skin and it's a monster

You're doing a high jump, sike the mat is stuffed full of monsters inside

Long jump, the sand has monsters underneath it even though the sand shouldn't be even close to deep enough for that

Jumping hurdles? Monsters. Balls? Monsters.

And the people who can sort of see from other faraway parts of the field just squint like 'the hell is that' '...OH GOD, THE HELL IS THAT'
