Okay guys, I know there are a lot of SB's out there that go nowhere, but I assure you that this is NOT one of them. So I'm going to go over things here.

Do the humans/magicians know that the Dern still have personalities and what not, or do they just think of them as ruthless killing machines?

(*Was just wondering and it makes quite the difference for one of my characters ':3* (I mostly think that that by now atleast they would be thinking they're mindless beasts simply under the control of evil, you know? Especially since it's been 200 years and those currently alive are fighting their parent's parent's fight, you know? :3 (Plus it would make them easier to kill all the time) *Shrugs* My two cents X3))

People do realize that the Derns used to have lives, early in the war chances were that you'd be fighting someone you used to know . . . but they had to do it. Do it or die.

By now though, that's changed, they fight desperately just to survive, hating the Derns for having KILLED the people they care about. Not being, as it was earlier in the war.
