Well, we have a dark spirit rampaging the kingdom, wreaking havoc literally everywhere. You tell me. xD
Basically, I think getting a perspective from Branwen might be nice... Feel free to take the battle where you want, but I wouldn't wrap it up in your post. And I think that everyone who shall be journeying to Wyvern Mountain should take part fighting the spirit.
Okey dokey. I'm busy all weekend, and have other things for SBs/Storium (basically an SB but a bit of a different system) to do Monday, so I'll try to do it then but might get it done Tuesday or Wednesday.

Okay I am writing up a post of Nal's battle with the shadow demon. Are we having him beat the creature? Or just hold it off until Branwen can dispel it?
Hold your horses, I think I can get my post done today.

ah XD I was gonna have Bran get Sylvetta and Laurel and have the three of them start the ritual to dispel it, but he could kill before it's done.

@Omnom and I made sure to write this thing up to be raid boss level, not single-fire-mage level. After all, it ripped apart a wing of the caste, its pagoda, and pulled Laurel and Dya into its body of illusions--which would make me wonder why Nal'tor would be immune to its illusory powers in the first place.
They should be fighting their worst nightmares in there right now, not the monster Laurel saw. That happened because she made the observation that there were force discrepancies inside the cloud of darkness.
Also she got her butt kicked. Hard.
I am a forest fire and an ocean, and I will burn you just as much as I will drown everything you have inside.

There was simply talk about Nal taking the thing down. I don't think he is quite that powerful to take on the thing by himself. But the illusions might be something that needs to be discussed. Cause if no one is holding the thing off then it will kill the king before the dispel is able to take place.
It makes sense that Ker and Nal would be trying to hold it off (or anyone else who's present).

Alrighty! Nice posts, nice posts. Lovin the activity. Now, I think a post from Sius's perspective would be nice, or one from Ker. Whichever one of you wants to go first.
I know it's a nitpick, but since it ends in 's', it'd be Sius'.
*spoofs until next post*

The post was a bit rushed, but I think I covered everything I wanted to.
