Mentions now work in clubs & literary comments

Great news everyone! Mentions now fully work in comments on club walls, in posts in club forums, and in the comments section of literary works.

Mentions do not work within the text of literary works, nor do I intend to add that functionality. Also, there is a bug with mentions in club posts where when clicking through the mention notification, it takes you to the club topic and not directly to the post. Eventually, I do plan on resolving that. For now though, I think it's better than nothing at all.

In any case, this now means that when writing a review or replying to one, you can now easily tag someone else to come take a look at it.
