No One
Is a nobody
But not everyone
Is a somebody.
And I dedicate this poem,
For the ones who killed,
At Columbine High School.
when there's nowhere to go, it's time to grow up.

Short but sweet. I'd suggest, though, adding in a line between the end of the poem and the dedication. And since I'm not sure if everyone here knows what Columbine was (a very significant number of members come from outside the United States) I found a link that can explain it:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbine_ ... l_massacre

But like I said, this is short but sweet. The poem says a lot without having to delve into dense stanzas that, in the end, mean little anyway. Moreover, the seeming contradiction in the poem is thought provoking.

Well done.

It's a sweet poem, but it's a little random, you could flesh it out, and make it even sweeter <3 :D
so give me all your poison,
and give me all your pills,
if this is what you want then
FIRE AT WILL

yeah, ok, this needs flesh for me to bite into. right now it's a very short, sweet cracker that is more like a poetic statement with line breaks than a poem. but....like i said, it's a good cracker. like a ritz...

alright, i'll stop now. very good dedication.
Carpe Diem.

Short, sweet and meaningful. It was a good idea to dedicate it to them.Good job :)

That's just what translation is, I think. That's all speaking is. Listening to the other and trying to see past your own biases to glimpse what they're trying to say. Showing yourself to the world, and hoping someone else understands.
