Obviously there is a 'sporting' (if you really believe you can call it that) element to it, but that is in absolutely no way the be all and end all of the point of fox hunting! Please realise that fox hunting is not in any like something such as whatever it is the spanish do with bulls or similar.

But yes, of course you should just shoot the fox as soon as he gets hold of your livestock *smacks forehead* how stupid we've all been. In fact, I'll go out and inform all the people I know who own chickens that what they need to do is sit by said fowl all night with a gun, in wait for the foxes.

You cannot put foxes into 2 catergories of 'brave' and 'wuss'. It doesn't really wash.
