Chat URL?

My computer is refusing to open the chat popup (it does this on some sites for an unknown reason...) so does anyone know the URL to it so I can copy/paste it into my address bar? Or doesn't it have an URL?

I'll go ahead and add a link to the chatroom block for those whose browsers block pop-ups.
