When you say you can't change your profile settings, what do you mean? From the looks of it, your profile is set to the default "no gender" setting. If you'd like to leave it there, feel free, but if you want to change it, on the tab bar, hit the little gear, then the 'profile' tab, then hit 'edit profile' on the side bar.
