It's totally alright not knowing how this site works. You have no idea how bad some of us were (*coughcough* me, me) when we first started out.

Basically all your questions should be answered in this nifty little article here. That should answer any questions or concerns that you might have, but if not... then you can always ask specific questions in this subforum right here. Do these help at all?

What genre do you like to write in? I really like your avatar, what is it?

My avatars is an angel and she is holding the world in her hands. I like writing realistic fiction.
I write in first person more often than not, and I write some poetry.

That avatar is so interesting @Inked, an angel holding the world, what an interesting concept! I like to write and read in realistic ficiton and I usually write in 1st person too. What are your favorite authors/books?
