What's your long-term writing goal?

i write because i get the urge, not because i want anything i write to be widely recognized. it's a hobby for me.

I really don't think I'll get a career as a novelist, but I would like to be a journalist. I love making up newspaper articles.

I certainly have an idea in the works that I hope to one day write and get published, but that's for later days.

I'd like to be a screenwriter, although being a director is probably my #1 choice. (If you were wondering, I LIKE MOVIES. A LOT.)

my goal is to write an amazing story that really makes you want to keep reading and never put it down. i also want to make a book that can be turned into a movie. it would be awesome. so far i'm in the 4th chapter of my novel..but yea in the future i will defiantly become a writer.

I want to work in the field, and publish something. I wish there was more than one choice.

I'd love to be a full-time author! But, even more so, I want to be a literary editor (I'm going to school for that now).

Hobbyist writer who might eventually publish here! As for a career, though, I'm a STEM girl:)
