The natives are getting restless here. It should've kicked off yesterday like we've been told numerous times. I'm not kicking off the SB 'cause I'm waiting for an opening for Z to show up. When can people make good on their word?
Look down and show some mercy if you can. Look down, look down, upon your fellow man.
And Daniel's character still hasn't been approved either. I have to go to work in a little bit, so I won't be back on until later tonight, not that I would post anyway. I prefer waiting on the creator of the SB's post or at least someone else's before doing so myself. Does that make sense?

@Redfang18 listen, my friend. A lot of time these storybooks start really strong with a lot of enthusiasm then fizzle out as everyone loses momentum. Sometimes it's better to try and start strong without rushing into it.

Honestly I felt that by starting so soon characters that have changed in some way or another. The changes are being overlooked or people aren't being given the chance to change their characters in a way that upon reflection they may want to. In many ways I think it's being looked at more as a sequel than a reboot. We need to look at it through an audiences perspective we didn't start in a meeting last time. Also I can't imagine we'd arbitrarily choose Andrea especially because she was the former leaders girlfriend, or just because she's a telepath.
We need a great opening post like the original had it established who characters were and gave a silhouette of their characters without giving to much away. It let us develop a group mentality for the characters of camaraderie but still let us create our individual relationships. That what we need this time as well I feel.

If you want, I'll remove mine and allow someone else to start.

Well I edited, and added on more reasons than what I gave before and tried to create some conflict before I got booted off.

Eh heh heh... what on earth is going on around here? @Dante, I thought that worked fine as a first post, but I think someone should throw in some conflict somewhere to get this thing going. If you know what I mean. @wordsandwishes, I don't want to seem like I'm telling you what to do or anything, but since this is a reboot (not a sequel) you might want to drop Em's whole demon side/aspect, or just create her as a demon character, or something. I don't think we're getting a window for backstory, since we're starting over, fyi. (I was just a little concerned there, is all. Course, we probably don't want to do a complete retread of the first SBC plot. )
No more countin' dollars... we'll be countin' stars.
