It was late August, and the sticky Georgia heat sunk down through Eli’s skin and into his bones.
(Not sure why you changed it to December?) Meeting Zuri in August would be a lot more, well, shocking. My original intention was that this starts happening a week or two before school starts. That gives the club a lot of free time to investigate and such.
Also, @Paracosm -What happens next? Silas has been... mysteriously absent so far. I'll try and get a post together as soon as I know where we're headed. (Otherwise I'd probably end up doing something... weird.)
