Suggestions;
I think we should name and briefly summarize some of the more important NPC's. It light help get everyone on the same page.

I would adore to make this a finished storybook, so think about how the plot could go. We don't have to decide the winner, but checking out how Hunger Games Storybooks in the past have done in may help. (Though we won't be killing anyone here, haha.)
