The arena will be different each time our characters go in. They'll be a one week break in between each arena and the Tournament lasts a year. As I've mentioned before, this whole SB wont be us in the arena.
Arenas are manufactured and supervised by the Experts of the organization. Okay, I really don't want to say this because I don't want ya'll to think that's what this SB is like, but think about how the Hunger Games arenas were made. It'll kinda be like that except there will be absolutely no interference from the outside world. You bring what you think you'll need to win, and that's all. No help. No interference. No national broadcasting. The Experts just want to observe and take notes, plus it's a little viewing fun.
If a victor hasn't been claimed at the end of the week, the last remaining teams will be thrust into a real gladiator arena and forced to fight to the death. Each team will have to pick one person to fight for them, if there's more than one person left, and those people picked will have a death battle to declare a winner.
First Arena:Abandoned City.
There will be wildlife running around as a source of food and also danger. Some of the animals have also been genetically mutated by our lovely Techs and Scientists, so they won't be your average animals. So, along with the threat of two other teams trying to kill you, you've got some animals out for blood too.
Try not to post until everyone else has posted. Once two people go off on a tangent, posting back and forth, it clutters the SB and moves time ahead too quickly. I don't think that will be much of a problem though, I've just seen it happen too many times to ignore.
Make your posts a decent size. I don't want any one paragraph posts.
Stick to the story line as much as possible. This isn't really a romance SB people (even though I do love me some romance) and I'm not saying relationships can't be formed later, I'm actually hoping for that later on, but I think our characters will be more concerned with staying alive.
Profanity is definitely okay! Just please don't overdo it.
I'm sorry Reise, I got started on my post and got a good chuck of it done. But my mom forced me off before I could complete it, so I'll try to post tomorrow while I'm at school, and if I still haven't by the day is out, go ahead and kill me.
