It really makes me wonder where this baby picture has come from, you know: I've seen various pictures of it, edited in different ways. Stuff the conspiracies, I want to meet the man who's creating these monstrosities! And shake his hand!
On a slightly serious note, it's an interesting example of how certain fairly unremarkable phrases and pictures can become immensely well-known and popular because of the internet. I was planning to do a piece of sociological research on that once, but then I got lazy.
