YWS doesn't remove literary works, as it can mess up the site database. However, you can edit your works at any time. Just go to "Edit Work" (this will be on the right side of your story), remove all the text (make sure you have it saved somewhere else!), and just change the title/body/description to something like "Deleted" or "Removed".
