ScarlettFire: So, what’s going to happen? I figure that last line in my Ash post is probably Daniel? Yup, you can do that. Once at the shop, though, then what? Hmmm. Yeah, she is and she’s pretty much going to blast them with kinetic energy built up by the emotions and thoughts. So, expect to be knocked off your feet in a few minutes post-wise XD Ash’ll probably be in pain, too. I don’t think the emotions sparked by Daniel in Joan and Jimmy will help. At all. I also imagined Joan is stuck in her head? (Hence the little bit about “help” in my last post.) Nice, I bet that’ll be painful (which means Ash will pick up on it.) After the kinetic blast, she’ll probably pass out or very nearly do so. Probably not... Very unlikely.I was thinking the same, Writers. She could grab Ash while Jimmy grabs Joan? (Be warned, Ash’ll hear everything in her head!) That sounds like a plan~ Also, I need to check this, but I’m pretty sure Ash can project her thoughts into the other’s heads. She could, indeed, give them little snippets of planning for an escape? I’m pretty sure Layla would freak out with a stranger’s voice in her head, though. XD Not sure about Jimmy. Red, that could happen just before Ash freaks out or just after, when Daniel is most likely stunned from the kinetic blast? Writers, nice idea there about Layla joining Bal and company. lol Writers. Red, awesome, that works well. I like the sound of this. Ash will probably give them directions to Bal’s warehouse and then pass out. And later, she might be able to help Joan free of Daniel’s mind-control? Telepathy is useful~ (I imagine after Ash is captured, her telepathy is somehow mutated a bit so she can take a stroll through people’s heads? That’d be interesting...) This also gives us the perfect opportunity to put into play the capturing-mutants part of the plot. As Daniel will know where Joan is and tell Bishop, who’ll organise a hunt ASAP. Ohh, nice idea, Red. Writers, yesss. Also, pain is a big thing for Ash; it’ll make her little freak out worse, cause Empathy. Like how she was concentrating on the jacket? It’s an interesting idea, and maybe after a lot of training, she could do it without concentrating so hard? Red, that’s not a bad idea. It could work; we’ll have to experiment with that when Daniel isn’t trying to kill/injure/whatever them. XD Writers, good idea! (I have plans on the mutants to end up with the MA eventually, but, of course, we’ve got to put ‘em through hell first XD) Red, with who? *wonders* Ohhhh, I see. That could be interesting~ Haha, interesting indeed. I can’t wait for this. I just wish Shads would reappear. She’s been MIA for, like, a week or something now... Now, who’s posting first out of us three? I’ll probably go last/second last... I’m not sure yet. It depends on how the scene plays out when you two are writing. Red; that would work. So, you going to start now or later? (It’s 2am, I should be in bed XD) That’s okay. Like one kissing the other, cause he’s a god and that’s a huge no-no. Also, I’m trying to drag the information the other one needs out of god-one but it’s kind of difficult. UGH stubborn. Also, Daniel is kind of funny... Is it bad that I think that? lol Red, ahahaha. Awkward indeed. That’ll be amusing to read, I’ll bet. lol Writers, doughnuts. Mmmmh, sounds like a plan! I was going to suggest that first, but I thought it might’ve been a little obvious, then again, she’d have no idea about what happened between them... So you think it works? As long as it’s name, to make a point of who she’s talking to, then again, she could leave it out and Daniel replies instead of Jimmy? I would not be surprised, but leaving is a bit hard when someone’s blocking the exit~ Mmh, good point. Of course, once Ash is in there, she’ll be all “What’s going on here?” XD Cause she does stupid things like that. Haha, exactly~ Mmh, the one that makes Ash freak out and throw the overloaded “energy” (so to speak) of the built up emotions and thoughts at them. Mostly Daniel, but everyone will fall over. It’s probably gonna be kinda weak, just enough to known them off their feet. We don’t want half of Jimmy’s shop flattened XD Hahaha *falls off her chair* I just thought of Jimmy’s reaction to Ash telling him she didn’t want to flatten his shop XD *giggles* Oh, dear. That just ruins everyone’s plans, doesn’t it? Daniel’s probably going to end up knocked out while the others will end up back at Bal’s. Jos is going to be soooo mad. XD Mmh, indeed. I’ll bet a lot of people will be banging their heads against the wall in frustration~ Jos certainly will be. (“Oh my GOD, Ash! Don’t do that again! Also, she’s a bit of a drug addict, even though Jos tries to keep her off them. So she’s probably a little on edge with withdrawal right now. Haha, that’s actually pretty Ash-like. ^^ haha, this is fun. Now we just need Writers to pop in and it’ll be great. ^^ Awesome, that’s good. *bounces* Writers, heyyyy! Take your time. It’ll probably feel like a breeze at first and then they’ll get a hit a solid “wall” of nothing. *nods* So expect papers and things to start flying about. XD Oh yeah, Ash would totally be feeling this, and she can probably sort of feel/glimpse the link between the two? Know that Daniel’s controlling Joan.... y’know? Mmh, yup. You’re doing good so far. ^^ lol Writers! We’re entertaining, aren’t we? XD Daniel totally needs to be like “She’s a mutant too?” right now XD After this, Ash’ll be like “I’m sorry, I’m sorry!” To Jimmy and Layla for knocking them over, and then she’ll shove the warehouse’s location, Bal and the password into their heads. XD And, of course, promptly pass out. Ash’ll probably be groaning by now and leaning against the door, most likely starting to slide down it. Totally works! I like how you did Ash using her power. I would have done something much like that! Awesome. ^^ Posting it works. Yup. Awesome. So, Layla post next? Nah. Layla works for me. Red, that’ll work. I think that Layla would be willing to help out though! What if Layla helped to bring Ash? Yeah, I think that’s a great idea! XD I’ll keep that in mind. Maybe that could help her have more a connection with the rest of them/be included in the group considering she wants to run away. Haha. XD She’d be so scared. Ooh strong Jims. XP XD It’s gonna be awesome! Cool. Meanwhile, Layla will be learning to control/activate her power and may be of some help. XD Hmm...do you think if she could clear her mind she would have an easier time. Because, the only way Layla activates her power, is by having zero thoughts in her mind except for what she’s concentrating on, like nothing else exists.A Yeah. During that moment, she wasn’t thinking about anything else at the moment. Actually I’m thinking she learns how to find that clear mind easier, and how to cloud her mind and so maybe she could help Ash a bit in the future. And yeah, Ash could help Layla as well! XD That Layla and Jimmy get together. XD haha, yeahhh. They’re a little awkward now, but it could work. XP Neither does Layla really for some reason. I’m pretty sure she’s had a boyfriend though, so maybe she likes him first and get’s things along. haha. (And Red, you should know we have the same exact time XD) Alrighty. XD I miss having a novel to have characters to be annoyed with. XP well, I partially miss it. haha XD lol. Stoppp. You guys make me miss writing novels and stuff. haha. She may even be a little bit uncomfortable being in it because she guesses it’s about family with the whole “cuz” thing and yeah. I think so. Hmm. I was thinking something close to that, like maybe she says, “What’s going on here, Jimmy?” or something like that. I haven’t decided whether she’d call him Jimmy yet or not because well, it’s a bit personal and they just met. haha, but maybe, also because maybe she’d just call him Jonathan, or something. But Jimmy’s probably best. *scrutinizes the smallest things* Um, yeah, I might just write how she responds. Maybe she doesn’t say anything at all. Maybe she just looks at him. But I think actually that in that situation, like anyone else, Layla might want to just leave. She may be too uncomfortable to stay, but then...I dunno. Exactly. But then I think that she’ll suggest to leave but then they’ll ignore her. And she’ll just kind of try to sink to the background while making small eye contact with Joan, just because she may be curious at Joan’s blank eyes. XD Yeah. Then by then things would have gotten heated up and the explosion! XP The emotional explosion? XDD no. I’m a bit stuck trying to think it all out. XP Also though I realized she has nowhere to go. haha, she was planning on going to his place for the night because she’s planning to run away. haha, well, I’ll think of something. The way I see Layla she’s not really going to say much in such a situation, she’s going to be thinking and looking. hahaha XD. I can’t wait the whole group kind of get together. It’ll be so interesting. haha XD I think at this point Layla’s just going to want to lay low. I’m reading up and catching up, could I have like a few minutes? XP It looks great!! Awesome. RedBird: Okay and Huzzah! Yeah, it would be Daniel, but before that line, Dan needs to catch up, so I’ll probably start the post with him getting Joan and then driving to the shop. Well, emotions are running pretty high, so Ash is probably having a hard time of it, right? And Layla just got activated so she’s still a bit freaked out. Also, since Joan is there Jimmy probably won’t use the electrokinesis because he doesn’t want to lose control. Ah, knocked off their feet. Got it. Both Joan and Jimmy are freaked by this point, cause Jimmy thought Dan and Joan were both dead, and Joan seeing Jimmy has jogged her memories, so she’s fighting back against Daniel more. For Joan, it’s mostly like living in a dream. Do you think that, all things considered, Jimmy would be able to grab Joan as well as dragging Ash and Layla out? Yeah, that could work! I have a plan that Dan can still control Joan, so a few days/posts down the road he’ll use her to find their location and start attacking them, wherever they are (with Balthazar?) Okay, that would facilitate escaping maybe...I figure Jimmy will attack Daniel, who will start hitting him and whatnot, which of course only gives Jimmy more energy to work with and so he can temporarily knock Dan out. Yeah, Scar, I think before would work, the Ash has the freak-out, and Dan is stunned and then finally knocked out by another punch from Jimmy...XD Yeah! I’m liking this...the team is starting to come together That would definitely put a new twist on her powers. So I’m thinking that, at first, anyway, Joan starts out without any special powers, except maybe a direct link into Dan’s mind, simply because he controlled her for so long. Layla’s powers will definitely be useful when the rescue mission comes around XD So maybe Ash helps both Joan and Layla clear their minds or something? Also, Writers and I were thinking that Layla start becoming romantically entangled along the way, with Jimmy. Yeah, Jimmy has absolutely no idea what to do in a relationship XD Writers, that’s probably best, yes Because Jimmy would just freeze up and not talk to her haha. I’ll try to get the first part of Daniel’s post up here today, and depending on when everyone is awake/available, you can tell me what to tweak/change/get rid of entirely? I’ll start a bit now, but I do have to go soon, so we probably won’t get very far...No, it’s 12:15pm Mkay, sounds good Isn’t it just though? The novel I’m writing is a co-authorship thingy and the two main characters piss the ever living hell out of each other. Oh, it is, it is. Well...only a little bit? XD I mean, he’s a bit crazy, so in that respect...Scar, we haven’t gotten to it yet, but one of our mains is going to meet up/start a new relationship with her old lover again, and it is going to be the most awkward thing I have ever written. I figure we’re almost to the Ash freak-out, yeah? Jimmy’s going to try and get Layla and Ash out of the way first, but when that doesn’t work, Ash releases the energy, I think...Ah, yes. Yes, indeed. I’ll get that done, then. Haha yeah...he needs more control, doesn’t he. We decided that Ash would release the energy first, and then Jimmy would punch him, right? Yeah, I believe so. What is Ash’s energy release going to look like, exactly? Okay. So will she just open her hand, and then the blast happens? Okay, here goes. I just thought of that last bit on the fly, but I figured that, out of all of them, Joan was in the most mental pain, and so Ash would feel her the most...Yeah, I bet. Okay!I figured that Dan was so phased by the blast, that he only vaguely saw/heard what the others were doing, except for Jimmy. Does this work as an ending? Yay! Shall I post this, then? Writers, you good with everything? I’m sorry that there’s not more Layla...Daniel’s kind of single minded, and since she wasn’t getting in the way much, he kind of ignored her...Okay, sounds good!
