Okay! There we go: I'm thinking he likes to talk to her when he can, and has gotten to know her fairly well over the past couple of years (randomly running into eachother kind of talking -mind you).

Name: Hikaru Akimoto (Hikari -his Japanese wrestler name).
Gender: Another guy.
Age: 29.
Faction: Citizen.
Specific role: He watches things, and knows more than most.
Appearance: 5'7”, short black hair and beard (it used to be really long –worn in traditional topknot), black eyes, wears robe-like clothing all the time, and ,uh, he's fat. But seeing as he's a Sumo wrestler (or was) that's not important. He weighs three hundred and ten pounds, with two thirds of that being muscle.
A little bit about the character: He was born in Hokkaido, Japan, as a pretty much nobody (father was a fisherman). Later on he joined the Sumo wrestlers and became one of them (they're almost a sect in the area -religious), and after 10 years finally decided to go to the states. He now lives across from Burger Yard, as he has for the past two years. Watching . . . (he lives off of money he's saved up for a LONG time -the Sumo all live together in one community (sect part kicking in), and they don't really have any expenses. So he's been able to save up a lot). P.s. He's looking for a job (note though, he's not good at much other than fishing and wrestling -and has practically no schooling).
Personality: Unlike what one might traditionally expect from someone like him, he is EXTREMELY calm. Calm and silent, and huge. His English is not the very best, but he knows enough to succeed. He traditionally still meditates for hours every day, eats a lot, and exercises a lot. He's a very friendly, nice guy, but if you get on his bad side . . . he's got what he needs to flatten you like a bug.
He loves to talk, but seeing as his English isn't perfect, you can't get too technical with him. He suspects of the existence of MIND and ADRP, but hasn't yet proven it to himself . . . he's already completely addicted to fast food, so the new ingredients aren't really bothering him.
Also, despite the fact that he's fat, he doesn't have any trouble getting around (and though he has quit the Sumo Wrestlers officially, he still practices).
Connections to other characters you would like: He talks with Yoshiko a lot, and knows her fairly well. He sees a lot of the MIND and ADRP agents around, and talks to them a lot –though he doesn’t know who they are.
Favourite Fastfood: Well, he's quite gourmet and loves to eat (he doesn't JUST eat -he tastes as well). Seeing as Burger Yard is closest he goes there usually . . . but likes to frequent around.
Secret information: He has no secrets right now, and has practically no connections with either ADRP or MIND –businesslike connections anyway. Personal secrets, yes, but none that will significantly impact anyone else.

You have to request to join the SB to find the create new character button

When enough people have joined an SB the creator has the option of being able to turn the SB dormant (no more people can join). When they do that, no new characters can be created. XD
