-Do the Dern age normally or are their lives extended? (Do they ever look older or anything?)
-And you said they have kids: The kids still have Dern powers/are under evil control, yes? (I think they probably do, but I just want to be sure X3)
-Do they only fight or are there any times where they actually have/raise the kids and what not?
-Are their any marks or anything to be able to tell the diffrence between a normal human and a Dern? Like, some sort of symbol of the magic they are under? (perhaps a tatoo like thing?)
-Can they still make Derns from normal humans? (Like, say there was a human colony found in Dernland that had been cut off from normal humans and the Derns discovered them or something, and the evil Magicians decided to make them Dern or something <u> *Just an example <u>'' (or something <u>'''')*)
-Do the Derns have a hive-mind thing going on or anything? Like, do they hear the evil Magician's voices in their heads and are powerless to stop it or do they hear it and just don't question it or do they just do things, ect.?
-Do they ever talk to one another about the control they're under or again do they just not know?
-Do they remember anything from their past life and wonder what happened or are their memories fuzzy like a dream so they don't question or do they just not think of it at all?
-Are the original evil 12 still alive?
So, yeah <u> *Questions <u>'*
Oh, and out of curiosity/if you don't have an answer for a few of them: Do we (get to) answer any of these questions ourselves? <u> (Like, do we get full creative freedom with the answers to some of these? <u> (And if so, which ones don't we get to do that with/what are their answers? <u>))

So, I might join this. If I have time. Or I might just help out or something. Or something. But, you see my presence here. That's a good thing, right? I think. Okay, bye.
Also, if the Dernish children end up controlled by the same person as their parents, then what happens if two Derns controlled by two different people have a child? Who is the child controlled by?
Second generation Derns have powers but aren't controlled. Usually they just grow up brainwashed, so no need for control.
And AQ AWESOME for you to drop by! I'm having trouble here and won't be on much. I added you as a co-worker on the SB, so if you could just keep an eye on things for me (approve profiles - if they make sense) and such. Plz!
Derns mature at the same rate as normal humans, but once matured they age at a tenth the normal rate. Thus at 20 a Dern would look like any human 20 year old, but at forty they'd still look like they were 20 . . . 22 technically. No, there are no defining bodily marks separating Derns from humans! Their speed and strength give them away 100% of the time.
No, fighting isn't a full-time job for the Derns.
No, the instructions for how to do the spell that makes Derns was always in Senetra and Kyrome's possession . . . once the Inarvi were created it was destroyed. It would be virtually impossible to re-create without the right items (Which are now destroyed).
The magicians basically just look over and control things through the minds of the Dern officers (very nasty guys), but they can do long range in case the officers are killed. Basically the Derns are told to do things and then they just do it without questioning it. Just 'Jeremiah, kill that dog!' and bingo, without thinking, or caring I do it! Occasionally a Dern will get away from the magicians mind control but then they don't remember anything (and are usually re-captured or killed).
They know that they're ruled by the 12, but they don't know that they're controlled by the 12. Safer for . . . the 12. (Presently only the Lord General (magician/Dern) isn't controlled - but he's 100% bad, so no need).
Yes the Derns do accasionally get flashbacks/dreams of their past lives. The 12 have excuses.
And yeah, the 12 are all still around.
(Mind you that you could answer these yourself. It would really be awesome if YOU helped build the SB. I don't mind at all, and would probably approve anything).
Hope that covers it.

We are masters of our silences, and slaves of our words
When we are children we seldom think of the future. This innocence leaves us free to enjoy ourselves as few adults can. The day we fret about the future is the day we leave our childhood behind. — Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of the Wind
