Also, is it alright if my character has just arrived in town? I'll make it so that he/she once knew the town, and doesn't remember it anymore, but was drawn to it because of the concert, and decided to go there specifically for that reason.

I'm not sure - I'll think a little because I want to have enough room for my character to grow, and also would like to explore a *possibly* unexplored ability.. Like I said, I'll have to think..
