When you play the game of thrones you win or you die

Thankfully, we don't live in medieval times, and won't get our heads chopped off cause some brat wants to prove how much of a badass he is. Hello,I'm M.R. Hill, and I'm gonna come right out and say it: I'm an aspiring author of YA Fantasy, Dark(or gritty fantasy), and real life fiction. I've written some stuff I'd like to share with all of you wonderful readers, and I hope to get some feedback. Because I do believe my writing needs work. It's hard to find websites out there for critiquing, so I'm pleased to have found this.

So how many of you are trying to turn writing into a career? Or do you just do it for fun? If the former, good luck to you all.

There's a good mix of those of us who write for fun and those who are or are trying to make a career out of it. If you have any questions about the site, feel free to PM me or write on my wall.

Thanks. And yes, it is easier for them to do what they want when the executioner is right there. Completely forgot about that.

Thank you, and I am of the books. I first heard of them during my final year of High School two years ago. Once I found out that it was gonna be an HBO series, I just went to Barnes and Noble, and picked up the first copy. I read the first book, and took a break so I don't finish them too fast. Two years later I'm on Feast for Crows, and will soon read Dance with Dragons. I only watch clips from the show to see how my favorite scenes from the book played out. Thanks again.
