After their nation had been thoroughly destructed, only a small team of ex- marines, soldiers, naval officers and other nation guard are left. Together they form an alliance to bring down their countries murders. They must travel to the far off land of Emasia, to receive the help of their dead president's oldest friend and trusted ally, the dictator of Emasia. They must convince him to help take down Quafar, the King of Barbaria.

In the ruins of what used to be Quguam, a nation once known for its valor and army's. This is what used to be North America. Emasia is on the African continent, and Barbaria is where Russia used to be.
