I have a problem. My website, (http://thedarkelite.s10.forumsplace.com/index.php) is totally dead. I want to change the focus from sci-fi/fantasy to something completely different and unique (or as close to it as I can come). Any ideas on making it different?

Add a character that eats pie. that always changes things.
Or, you could add a small role playing board, which may bring people back and make them more active. Sci Fi/fantasy probably attracts the most people, however. Its also got the highest number of boards all to its own.
