The Tavern

Amy shook her head. These people were so her type. She leant back in her chair and looked thoughtful.
"Music? I'm going to go for Green Day, The Killers, The Courteeners, The Kinks, The Who, The Turtles, The Beach Boys, Daft Punk, The Pigeon Detective, Mook, Kings of Leon, The Strokes and RHCP. So thats rock, punk, electro and alternative I guess."
Then she had another thought.
"Oh! Do either of you like Dr. Who? Because if you do you have to check out Chameleon Circuit!"

"Dr.Who? Never herd of him... But those bands you listen to are pretty sick!!! You have awesome taste!!!!" Wookie takes a sip of her soda and looks at Irish to see what she thinks...

Irish had laughed so hard her cheeks were redder than usual. "That is really funny Wookie!" She said gasping. She looked at Amy as her laughter died down. "I agree! Those bands are sick! Someone in my science class today leaned their head against the wall and said "Wake me up when September ends!" And I was singing that song for the rest of the period!"

Irish picked up a french frie and popped it in her mouth, her face thoughtful. "And now, I shall be evil and ask you the question!" She grinned evilly and glanced at Wookie before continuing. "If you could pick one song as your favorite, what would it be?!" Wookie gasped and they both leaned toward her expectantly.

Wookie did an evil laugh just to creep her out a little bit. She looked over to Irish and smiled. This is gonna be good...

Irish returned the smile and nodded. You know it girl! They inched toward Amy a little bit on their seats in anitcipation being too excited to wait for the answer.

Amy sat very, very still for a second.
"My favourite song? Now, if you guys are going to ask horrible questions like that I'm going to move myself right back over to the other table and sit in peace. I mean, one song!"
She shook her head and mumbled to herself.

Irish sighed. "Sorry Amy! We both asked each other that question. But trust me thats the only horrible question we have! Just answer and the pain will be over soon!"

She took Amy's hand and sniffed. "We're here for you!"

Wookie laughed "Come on don't go!"

She winked. "Um... ok. My favourite song at the moment is Romeo and Juliet by the Killers. And Good Riddance by Green Day. And Blink by Chameleon Circuit. And ... Oh, that's more than one isn't it!"
She shrugged and took a few chips. "I think I need sustenance after that. Damn, you run a tight ship."

Bondgirl Had been sitting in the tavern a long time, ignoring all that was going on around her. Hearing the mention of Green Day she immediately looked over to see who was talking, surprised to see her friend Aqua sitting not very far from her.

"What do you think of their new album?" She asked, Herself being a huge fan of Green Day.

She looked down at her glass, long since empty, and sighed.

"Ok Nate, I guess I'll have another if you don't mind."

Amy grinned at Hope, I love it! One of my favourites is "Before The Lobotomy" , how 'bout you?"
She patted the chair next to her, "come and sit down, these guys don't bite!"

Irish laughed. "Well, I guess thats sorta right... well at least you got it over with Amy!" Irish looks from Amy to Bondgirl and holds out a hand. "Hi! I'm Irish." She said, smiling. She glances at Wookie and smiles even more "And thats Wookie!"

Bondgirl sits down, bringing her drink with her.

"Hi Irish, nice to meet you. I've seen you around a bit. Hey Wookie, good to see you again."

"Good to see you too." Wookie takes the last bite of her burger and swallows it with a sip from her soda. "So since we're all friends here what do you guys wanna talk about?" Wookie said smiling. "Oh and thanks for introducing me Irish. Oh and Amy nice choices! And um... I think that's it! So what do you guys wanna talk about?"

Irish smiled at all her new friends. They were great. She looks at Bondgirl "Its great to meet you too! Do you have anything you want us to call you? You can call me Irish, obviously, or one person has called me Fire before. Feel free!"

She looks around and shrugs. "We could talk about funny things that have happened to us! Its what we were talking about before remember?"
