I wish I could answer your question, Bookmarker, but I'm not sure myself.

alwaysawriter looks at Bella and October Girl dancing and shakes her head, mumbling "They're crazy." then walks to a quiet corner and reads.

Layleun lifts her head to eye Bella and October Girl. She wags her tail at the familiar friends and hoists herself onto her paws and walks over to them. She barks once to get Bella's attention.

Bella stops dancing and looks down at Layleun. "Why's there a dog in here?" She asks.

Becaus it wants to be in here. She responds.

Bella blinks once. "Does the talking doggie have a name?"

Lupe.

It clicks in Bella's head. "Lupe! Heya!"

Bella laughs and pets Layleun on the head. "Sit." She commands. To her surprise she does.

"I was kidding, Lupe." She laughs.

"What are you again?" October asks.

A leopard hound. And what are you? Nuts? That's not how you dance.

Layleun rolls over onto the floor and squirms, drawing laughs out of Bella and October.

Tassen, after almost as long of absence as Darchoco, returns. He promptly sneaks up behind Darchoco, fails to startle him, and immediately sets about catching up on the times.

Kat comes into the bar and finds a comfortable seat and promptly opens her sketch book.
The conversation and commotion are comforting.

Anna steps quietly into the room, chuckles lightly at the dancing girls, and walks along the side wall until she reaches the front. There, she settles contently into a corner stool at the bar.

After asking for a red cream soda, she pulls a thick hardback book from her backpack and opens it to her bookmark. As she reads, a smile pulls at her mouth, and she absentmindedly plays with the flash drive that dangles from her neck like a necklace.

mf trips over her own feet and falls into the tavern, right into the free seat opposite a tall, dark man who is sitting there with a half-empty mug.
"godda be kidden me" he murmurs, voice hoarse. "nobuddy falls into a chair annymoa dese days."
mf snatches his mug and downs the last drops quickly.
"well, i do, because i'm a hero" she grins, and then chokes on the beer.
"hero, eh" the man mutters after her as the landlord drags her out the door.

Adnamarine tries to sneak in, but tripping over five chairs on your way to the bar while hiccuping loudly tends to attract attention.

"Bartender!" Both loud and slurred. "Cap'n Morgan."

While Nate serves her drink she frowns around bleerily.

"Don't they ever play real music in a place like this?" She trips over, glass in hand, to the juke box, gives it a few expert bangs, and plays Inside the Fire, by Disturbed, then sits cross-legged on the floor in front of it alternately headbanging and doing shots with her own personal glass and bottle.

After a few minutes she notices Lupey, Always, Bella, and Max for the first time, greets them (amazingly with the right names), then retreats back into her own little world.

Thunder walks into the bar and orders a coke, but he couldn't help but notice the horrible music some idiot put on. He hurried over to the jukebox, threw in a quarter, and chose "Good Time" by Alan Jackson.

The old, pathetic song ended soon, allowing a good song to come on. Thank goodness.

Kat looks up from her sketch book and notices the music, while country is always good she decides to snazz things up.
She places a quarter in the juke box and Paramore comes on, with a smile she goes back to her seat and begins to finish her drawing.

Tassen waits (somewhat impatiently, because Tassen is impatient,) for the song to be over, then gets up, inserts his own quarter, and selects Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd, then proceeds to sing (though not terribly well, but its loud, so only a few people can hear him).

Nutty wanders through the door, notices the song, and starts singing at the top of her voice.
"Just a little pinprick... there'll be no more AAAAaaaargh..."
Nutty blinked at all the people glaring at her.
"Okay. I'll shut up now."
Nutty goes to the bar to sulk over a lemon lime and bitters.
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.

Anna glares at the bright red puddle of soda in the bottom of her glass, but doesn't ask for a refill. Instead, she glances hesitantly at the door, knowing she has a hectic life to return to, but not completely willing to give up her few moments of peace just yet...

She sighs, swilling the leftover liquid in circles with a gentle movement of her hand. Shifting her weighted shoulders uncomfortably, Anna waits for something to happen that will force her back into reality.

Taylor walks in catiously and takes a look around. She walks up to the bar and takes out her earphones and puts down her lucky guitar which had real four leaf clovers on it that she had illaminated on the guitar.
"Can I have a......pepsi?"
"Sure" Nate hands Taylor the pepsi. Taylor takes it and puts five dollars where her pepsi had just recently been. She finds a dark webbed corner and asks to use the broom. She sweeps away the webs and sits down and puts her headphones back in. She never was without them.(Seriously I really aren't ever without them) She sits down on the icy floor and plays a few chords that went with the song. People had started to crowd around her and she did not notice until there was quite a few. She puts the guitar down and returns to the bar.
"Can I have another Pepsi, please?" :D She smiles with delight as she watches the cup refilled with the thirst quenching drink.
