Rook doesn't really toy with emotions much..he's actually a good guy. I suggest you Brae, or, even better, Regina for that role.
(For it to be Regina, though, Blair would need to be in the castle)

I won't be posting until like Saturday or so, when I say "toy with her emotions" I mean trying to leave the harbor without incident by appealing to her love barren heart. Once he brings up asking her to leave, she'll promptely have him take a dip in the harbor before disappearing into the darkness to continue her mission.

That's not like Rook, though - he doesn't fail at getting people do something. He either makes it happen, thanks to his personality and charm and diplomatic abilities and whatnot, or he doesn't even try because he figures he may not succeed

I thought it be kind of comical honestly to have Rook think he got his way only to find out he failed, but as you wish, I won't put it.
