Does anyone know what color squirrels' eyes are? For our purposes, let's assume we're talking about an American gray squirrel.

They appear to have black/brown eyes.
They also have
tapetum lucidum
which causes eyeshine, the affect of light glowing back out of their eyes, more commonly seen in cats, racoons, etc.
