I asked you all to let me deal with stuff like that. I can't be on my computer all the time and I'm really not supposed to be on my phone right now. Just give me time and I'll get to it.

I think what ReisePiecey meant guys, is not only if we want to discuss power abilities, but also if we have issues with someone elses supposed power level we need to bring it up with Her over PM, not on the DT.

We've got 18 pages of fighting basically and that's just silly. It's a SB, it's made up.

So lets all take a breather, calm down and smooth our skirts and collars down and start fresh.

Janika just joined so she of course doesn't know everything from the get go, assuming so would be unfair to her. ReisePiecey will explain what she needs to be caught up on and the rest of us should just content ourselves with Plotting meaningful things for our characters and writing actual posts for the SB, not argue.

We are all old enough we shouldn't be in a "Mine is bigger/better then yours" argument. And besides, ReisePiecey is out leader on this SB and whatever our leader says goes. no matter what it is.

So let us respect her wishes, take power talk off the DT and Plot or write some posts so by tonight we can get out of the conference room. :3

Message Reise or Ignorance, possibly both, before attempting anything big. Now I think some posts in the SB were deleted, and like ten pages of fighting? This happens when there is not only a lack of concrete and immediate leadership (sorry Reise/Ignorance, your fault is minimal), but most pressingly (and in this case), when there is lack of communication.

Communication is important. Flick the guys in charge a PM if you want to do a fight scene, flick the guys in charge a PM if you want to sort powers out, and do keep the arguments via PM. Gdocs, titanpads or mass chatrooms exist for this. The DT should in my opinion be used for trivial OOC, and more importantly announcements. That is all. Arguments --->> PMs.
