While YWS citizens dance blissfully unaware in the town square, wrapped up in the music, lights, and colors of the YWS'tival, something darker lurks just outside town.
In the battlefield where the Knights of the Green Room recently celebrated a great victory, it has become apparent that not all traces of evil were banished in the Great Battle for the Horizon.
It seems those works of the Green Room, the beasties that crawl in and linger in the blood-stained field, sent messengers for reinforcements before they were defeated. Which means that now, with the commencement of the YWS'tival, the reinforcements have finally arrived, unaware that the battle had been won.
And now their presence rankles and writhes on the same battlefield once cleared.
Those brave knights that were victorious continued to push on to the Outer Lands in search of an object of power, and so their attention was turned away during this fateful arrival.
Which means we need you.
