Valen Starting but still accepting!!

Hi guys! This is my first storybook in a while. Here's what is happening:

Valen is a society with many rules. The government is very strict. The people of Valen all have powers that have to do with the elememts, Fire, water, earth, air. One day a group of Valen teens (Ages 12-20) decide they don't want to deal with the government anymore and they escape into New York City. They can go as a group, or go different paths. Whatever you choose. Your character can be a Valanian or a Human that meets a Valanian.


Okay, now that we have started here are the rules:
Nothing too graphic
No over the top use of cuss words
Ask people before you do anything with their characters

You can have up to 2 people. To start we need at least 7 of each people... but htere can be more

Power: Pyrokinetic. She can create and manipulate flames as she wishes. Her fire always turns blue, though.
Description: Black hair with bright red highlights. Dark green eyes. Pale skin from her underexposure to the sun. She would rather be inside away from others. She has several burn marks on her hands and face from failed attempts at controlling the flames. When she is around a friend, she is very bright, happy, and cheerful.

Power(If in Valen): He can control water, and carry it without dropping any of it. He can pull bubbles out of the air and turn them into different shapes.
Description: He has blond hair and blue eyes. He is tan, but not very muscular. He is 6 feet tall.

Description: Molly is 5 ft 7 in tall. She has straight red hair and brown eyes. She has many freckles all ofver her face.

Description: He has jet black hair and snow pale skin, his eyes are as blue as the clearest ocean. He his not muscular but he is smart.

Other info: He tends to keep to himself, you rarely see a smile on his face.

Personality: Easy and out going. Likes to chill and fun. He won't take crap from anyone, and he'll tell someone off in a hot second. He doesn't like lying. He's not afraid of much, and hates it when people get into his face. He's sweet for the most part. He hates disrespectful people. They piss him off. Respect him, he respects you. It's as simple as that. He's not one to judge before he gets to know a person, but then again, he doesn't really judge period. He's very loyal. He doesn't care what color your skin is, or what race you are, your religion, nothing. He's cool with you if you're cool with him. He's not afraid to speak his mind. Intimidation doesn't work on him, and neither do threats. He doesn't take threats to his loved lightly either. That usually doesn't go over very well. He's the kind of person people like to be around. He likes to make people laugh, and enjoys doing so himself. He's highly intelligent, and very resourceful. He likes the natural beauty of things. The woods, stars, rivers, mountains, things like that. It's where he feels most at home.

Power(If in Valen): Water. He cal pull it out of the atmosphere as well as bend it, and since the human body 70% water, he can control a person's body as he chooses. It's called blood blending, (and for those of you who watch avatar, yes that's where I got the idea from) and is very deadly. He's also found a way to make it glow different colors. He can also cause thunderstorms. He can do anything involving water basically.

Description: 6'2 with a wide shoulders to block out the sun and a lean fit body. He has lightly tanned skin with a tribal tattoo that covers the entire right side of his torso, abdomen, and arm. Thick waves of short chestnut hair he keeps cut just above his neck, and eyes the color of of molten molasses with flecks of green and gold around the iris.

Other info: He can speak multiple languages and has been doing martial arts since he was four. Also straight.
