The only way that I see him coming back is as a ghost talking to John or somthing. But even that is unlikely because I think Chris has accepted his fate and can move on.

Jonathan has a broken rib and a concussion, and Samantha is going to have some trouble concentrating hard enough to turn back to herself. Well, not herself but Samantha Greendale.

When was Em captured after Chris died off screen or something because Angel nearly killed Em but Chris's heroic action saved her. But, to our knowledge she's still there with us and Angel is unconscious or dead so when was she captured? There was no one left to capture her.

Yeah, I think that while Chris was dying, he probably snatched her.
