What am I supposed to do exactly? Comment on the elements? Because it's weird how they're called "the elements" but water is a compound, air and earth are mixtures and fire is a form of heat, and thus energy.
On a completely abstract plain however, the earth sings stories of old, ancient tales of Mayan tombs and aztec temples that run through the stars and streak through the atmosphere. And these tales scatter over the lands to blend with the crust, being carried away by the rivers and back into our bodies via the water we drink. So we are elemental, and everything is interconnected.
And I wasn't scared. I was being theatrical, is all.
*smack forehead in imitation of Sokka* No, those are (respectively and respectfully) the opening lines of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Avatar: Legend of Korra. Both are amazing series. *vents energetic fire*
βIn a Wonderland they lie, Dreaming as the days go by, Dreaming as the summers die: Ever drifting down the stream- Lingering in the golden gleam- Life, what is it but a dream?β β Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass
Oh. Well, now I just feel stupid. And sheepish. I haven't seen that certain series, as you can obviously tell. Eeep, keep that fire away. It's not good for my sheep-ish... ness.
