Garnet would need a seriously good reason for why she would attck her half-sister, like the rumers about her are true and she turns out to be a member of the Resistance. Then there father would disown Anair and send Garnet after Anair like an attack dog. And were not arguing, were discussing.

Actually, if Anair is indeed part of the Resistance, the King wouldn't do *anything* to her… save track her to the base, slaughter them all, but leave Anair alive so she bears the guilt package. Toodles~

I don't know why you think your little daughter/sister would betray the family like that, but don't treat her like a suspect for no reason - she would get very, very sad.. And then angry. Probably.

Cause, I planned on making Anair happy whenever she sees Jake or Garnet, so I wondered if that made sense (knowing of everything that runs through her veins, I guess you'd rather want her to take after you than after her mother)

Hmmm. Jake wasn't actually King until his mid-twenties, let's say. So until he was fully established on the throne, he wouldn't have acknowledged her, not being able to do much about her existence. After that, well, he'd spend some time with his little Anair. He does so with both his daughters, when he has time. He probably wouldn't be too strict unless something pretty serious happened. Otherwise they'd be left to their own devices -- not pampered though. To Jake the staff is akin to furniture. Useful, always there, should be treated well so it won't break. But furniture sure as hell doesn't clothe you.

Her mother is the one she doesn't particularly like, so that makes a good balance, I guess *feeling zen*

I did not change his age, and I doubt Aradia has such legal requirements

Meanwhile, as you feel zen, Jake intends to marry Garnet to the Versh prince, thus taking control of the country.

Yea marry the prince, then have him suddenly die of an unknown reason to widow Garnet so she can Marry on her own accord.
