S.S Queen’s Holiday Cruise

Katie

I snuggle up to him. Then out of no where his little sister pokes her head over the chair. "Hi." She says. I jump, but then laugh.

"Hey darling." I say.

"You guys are going to miss dinner." She say, walking around the chairs. She grabs our hands and pulls us up. "Come on love birds." She say, pulling us along. I laugh and we go with her.

Chance

I shake my head at my sister and follow, keeping a hold of Katie's hand with a smile.

Katie

I smile as we reach the dining room. It is causual night, so I am okay with my outfit. We sit down at a long table with his parents.

Chance

I sit beside Katie and watch the smiles grow on my parents' faces.

Katie

I grip Chanc's hand under the table and smile at his parents. "Hello you two." I say say smiling.

Chance

I smile at Katie before looking at my parents.

"Hello, Katie," my mother smiles. "You two seem awfully cuddly today."

Katie

I smile and nod. "I told him everything." I say. His sister come beside me.

"I want to sit next to you." She says.

The is not a chair next to me, so I slide back in my chair and prop up on my leg.

Chance

I smile and shake my head at my sister again, looking over the menu.

"How did he take it?" she asks as if I'm not here.

Katie

I smile and look over to Chance. I take his hand again. "Very well." I say.

Chance

I smile back at Katie. If they ask, please don't tell them I remembered anything. Please don't.

"That's wonderful," my mom smiles.

"Did it spark any memories?" my dad asks.

Katie

Before I answer, Chance Squeezes my hand. I look over to him and allow him to say what he wants about that.

Chance

I swallow and take a sip of my drink before clearing my throat to answer, "A few things, but I'm tired, dad. I don't want to talk about it right now."

Katie

I look at him a little confused and my smile fades a little. I look back it my menu and point things out to his little sister.

Chance

I study Katie, squeezing her hand again, and hope she doesn't think I don't want to mention it because of her. I just don't want to deal with their nagging...

Katie

He squeezes my hand and I look to him. He flashes a reassuring smile and I give one back.
