So I'm new to this website. My name is Audrey and I'm a writer obviously. Otherwise I wouldn't be here. I write mainly poetry. Of course, I enjoy writing in general as well as read, skateboard, snowboard, and just talk. Any advice for me? About this website or posting things or giving others criticism?

Heylo, TrashedAndScattered. That's a good name. It's nice to meet fellow writers. I'm fairly new to YWS myself, but once you get used to the layout and can shimmy your way around it's all very fulfilling. I hope to read some of your work in future (though if it's poetry, I'm going to be clueless, because I can never even tell if it's good or not). Anyway, I don't really have much advice other than to have a super day and keep smiling. See ya!

I'd say just...get involved, visit the chatroom, post in the forums - that way you'll meet many different writers and people. I'd like to go snowboarding one day - on other news.
