The Experiment Chronicles(Closed/Started)

I have been reading alot of James Patterson books and his Maximum Ride books helped inspire me for this storybook.

The Plot:
You are a "mutant" experiment that escaped the clutches of the white coats, evil and mad scientists, who created you. You know the world is going to end and are trying to warn the world while saving yourself. The warning is that they will die along with most of the population that isn't mutated, so only about 5% of the population will survive, the mutate portion being 99% of the 5%.

Name: Lucian "Luce" Blaek

Age: 16-17 (He's unsure)

Gender: Male

Power: Light manipulation. Not only can he use light offensively by solidifying beams into weapons or by shooting out sparks, but he can create a shield out of light as well and bend it to completely surround himself. He believes he might be able to stretch the shield out to others, but he doesn't have the confidence in doing so at the moment. He can also manipulate light to act as temporary stitching in wounds. It's not technically healing, but it prolongs the majority of effects to wounds as minuscule as a paper-cut or as severe as a punctured organ. The only drawback to the previous is the fact that it is short-lived and wears him out more than the actual wound would.

History: At the lab, Lucian undertook injections of an unknown liquid into his right arm. He doesn't quite remember what they told him its purpose was, but it seared through his veins and left scars on his arms and in his mind. Beyond that, he went through the horrific miracle of growing black angel-like wings. After the growth, the portions of his back surrounding the trunks of the wings turned black and scaly, a painful process much like being burned.

Portions: Luce has "angel-like" wings, which are actually belonging to a raven, just proportionate to his body, and scales from the shoulders to the middle of his back from a black King Cobra.

Description: Lucien has bright, almost bleached blonde hair and round turquoise eyes. He has a bronze complexion, despite the lack of sun in his life, and stands at around five feet-nine inches. He has a slim but muscular build and strong legs and arms. He wears a black jacket over everything, concealing his wings, and a white t-shirt beneath with slits in the back. He's always in jeans and combat boots beyond that.

Other things: He's a fast runner and, despite his predicament, prefers to be on the ground than in the air. He also has a faded tattoo of a snake in the clutches of a dark bird on the belly of his wrist. Up for love.

Name: Experiment 115

Age: He couldn't be sure but he looks about eighteen.

Gender: Male

Power: Darkness Manipulation, fast healing, and fast learner.

History: Experiment 115 was from birth, bred to be the ultimate killing machine. He never received a proper name and he just simply knew himself as 115, he fought like no man had ever fought, guns didn't do a thing to him. He shrugged off bombs like they were nothing, it's still unknown if he can be brought down though biological weapons. 115 was responsible for freeing the other mutants from there chambers and together the mutants had freed themselves from captivity.

Portions: He has claws, litterly his finger tips are as sharp as a lions, he has leathery black wings that he can fly with. Plus helps him move incredibly fast with the wings.

Personality: 115 knows only one thing, and that's how to kill, he knows all other basic functions, like how to talk, speak, and what not. But hasn't got a clue in the world about things like women and children, he's constantly angry or annoyed by the other mutants. And loves to do the one thing he knows how to, and that's kill.

Description: Experiment 115 is like a physical version of the devil, cause he's mean, he's angry, and doesn't care who you are he will kill you. With his appearance, he'll scare just about anything with them believing he's the devil himself. He wears stuff like shirts, jackets, and other stuff so he's not completely naked, he'll normally tear into a shift and jacket so his wings can fit though.

Other things: He is up for love, but your going to have to help him out by getting him used to women. Also Theme:

Name: Exi
Age: 14ish
Gender: Female
Power: Echolocation, flight, night vision
History: She was born in the labs, raised in the labs, taught in the labs, and been the white coats rat for a number of years, far too many in fact. Many flight tests, dietary testing, chemical resistance, vivisections, intelligence and recognition, cardio, extreme conditions, adaptation, lung capacity, development, problem-solving, and survival. All with varying results.
Portions: 94% Human 6% Gould's Wattle Bat
Description: She is short haired, kept in a pixie cut while in the lab, when she escaped she took to shearing it off when it got to long, black as bat fur. bright eyes slightly larger than normal with almost no iris except a bright silver ring in the dark, more drastic changes occur in response to light. Heart shaped face and pale pink lips scarred where two of her fangs manage to consistently break the skin. Her wings are stretched between her hips and her wrists, making them supremely difficult to hide. She recently discovered that if she wraps her arms around herself the folds of skin will detach and Become part of her anatomy leaving her arms free. She doesn't like it though considering it makes her feel like she is back in a straitjacket.
Personality: Sarcastic, she isn't the best at revealing how she "feels" and fancy herself to feel nothing, however the little things like words and sentences and speaking she doesn't care what she reveals. She's an illusion of honesty when there is actually an abundance of hidden things laying beneath the thick outer layer of seemingly chinless armor. She believes herself to be strong, to be able to withstand and endure anything and everything, but she has her weak moments. When she is by herself or wanders off or is provoked into soul searching she tends not t like what she finds. Rather, her favorite quote is this, "I may be strong but Strength makes me weak."
Other: Love shmove, she isn't particularly fond of emotions and tries to avoid and hide them as often as possible. Perhaps if there was someone she could trust, she might love, but earning her trust is like having to still through the labyrinth.

Name: Ari Torelli

Age: 18-20 she doesn't know how long she's been with the white coats

Gender: Female

Power: She's an amazing healer, having practiced on herself time and time again when the scientists would claim they couldn't save something such as a limb. She also has the ability to run up to seventy-five miles an hour, a gift that was given when she was fused with the DNA of animals. Like a cheetah as well, she is able to carry at least three times her body weight. The also has a little affinity for the element of fire, but not enough to control it, having not worked enough with it. She kept it a secret to the whitecoats and is, in fact, awfully scared of the fire itself.

History: Ari came to the lab after her poor father got desperate and simply sold her to a scientist at the door. Since she was there they ran painful experiments on her, such as seeing how well she was able to heal herself by also completely taking her limbs off. This, of course, left thick horizontal scars across her body and made her look puzzle-pieced together. After fusing the DNA of a cheetah with her own, they ran tests such as pinning her against other wild animals as well as physicallity tests that involved climbing trees, carrying more than her body weight up into trees as well as tying her up to special treadmills at speeds as high as eighty miles an hour.

Portions: Ari is covered in spots with sharp fingernails and toenails, prime for climbing trees. A cheetah tail sprouts from her lower back, tipped with black. Her ears are pointed at the tip, topped off with tufts of white fur. Her eyes are outlined with black markings and her eye teeth are unnaturally sharp.

Descriptions: Ari has a human body form and black curly hair. She has sunkissed skin covered in black spots, all around her face, her body and up and down her arms and legs. Her yellow eyes are outlined with thick, black markings. There are horizonal scars at her ankles, wrists, knees, elbows, shoulders and abdomen make her look like, what she says, Frankenstein, as if she's pieced together.

Other things: Always wears a diamond cross necklace around her neck. It was her mother's and she refuses to take it off.

Name: Zytrianna Rohkea (Zy or Zytria)

Age: 16 (mature as a 18 year old but sometimes as kidish as a 5 year old, only when hyper.)

Gender: Female

Power: Wide arrange of magic (technically a red mage), flying, and Ecological Empathy

History: Zy was kept in a cage most of her life and slowly given objects humans would use in everyday life (ex: pencil, clothing, etc.) and learned to adapt to our level after forgetting most of her memory after the testing. She was put there fighting tests, healing tests, flying, and also being able to sense the people or nature around her. She was to be sold to be a super soldier in the army but later on she developed a sweet caring heart that made her into a pacifist. She swore to only fight when she had to and when she needed to protect someone she cared about.

Portions: Wings of a Shearwater(bird in Kenya), Senses of a wolf (yet not a leader), and pointed ears of a lynx (ears pointed like an elf not a neko).

Description: Shy and sweet most of the times, but sometimes hyper and talkative. Scared of the world around her yet intrigued by it.

Other things: Shes open to love but wants someone that will be there for her and not break her heart and accept her. Shes also scared of being completely alone and has very sensitive ears. Also love piano, violin, singing and anime.

She's also able to use some weapons for fighting and keeps one with her that's hidden (She gets this later on in the story when she invents it with scrap metals)

Age: 16 or 17
Gender: Female
Power: Super fast healing, psychic/empathic, and can cast illusions
History: Seana main testing was the amount of pain she could handle before breaking and casting illusions also her healing abilities.
Portions: Panther and Raven
Description: Wants freedom, rebellious, she is very caring but will shove until people get moving. Black hair to her waist, dark emerald green eyes, pale skin and high cheekbones, she carved into her arm, freedom bound. Her wings are like a ravens black but have colors in them like an oil slick and she grows fangs and talons as well.
Other things: She loves singing and music as much of it as she can hear, the only way she can't heal is if she does it to herself and yes she does this purposedly, sensitive ears. Will do anything for her fellow experiments and wants to find love.

Name: Nick (Has no knowledge of a last name)
Age: 8
Gender: Male
Power: Can fly, Can reflect all magic (but is weak against Physical Attacks), and can control fire.
History: Nick was born to be a spy. He was bred with wings so he could easily fly away with great speed, and with wolf dna so his hearing, sight, and smell would be greatly increased. He was taught at a young age how to use his powers and his vocabulary was greatly improved. He now talks and acts as if he's a mature man.When he got freed by 115, he was fascinated, and stuck to him like glue, trying to be strong like him.
Personality: He is very giggly and easy going. He tries to cheer everyone up by acting clumsy. He usually has his wings hid, but will take some people for a flight (he can only carry 1 at a time). He is extremely smart and can easily burn someone to ashes within a second.
Portions: 15% Eagle DNA (Gives him 10 feet wingspan white wings), 5% Wolf DNA(Gives him enhanced reflexes), and 80% Human.
Description: A small boy, with white wings, that stretch out to 10 feet, 5 feet on each side. He has white hair, purple eyes, and wolf ears and fangs.
