Oh, @TinyJarStoredDreams, I was gonna suggest that Cali and Harley were, like, old friends, and they bump into each other somewhere, realize who each other are, then decide to go out and catch up. Maybe they could go to that club that Nike's character, Jasmine, is gonna be at? Indigo, isn't it called?

From my current knowledge, @Nike's character is actually supposed to be at the mall, and she told me she would fix it, so you should talk to her about the location first to make sure.

To answer one question, the contest is in town and should be at the mall, but i'm not sure. As for the other, I have no idea. Look over the last few posts and that should help.
