Lauren is very, very sad. Why is Lauren sad? Well for one, it's going to be Labor Day weekend in the U.S. and Lauren is in a place where it is going to rain. All. Weekend. Long. That means no picnic funtimes for Lauren.
Now the second reason, the much more devastating reason, that Lauren is sad is because there are FOURTEEN PAGES of works with no reviews on YWS. How can that even be?! What is this online world coming to?!
But never fear, Lauren (and some of her fabulously spectacular chat friends) has the answer: one long weekend of fantastic reviewing madness!
The weekend challenge will begin at 12AM GMT on Saturday, September 1st and end at 12AM GMT Tuesday, September 4th. That's three whole days of reviewing wonderment! Whether you're a tortoise and spread your review gold out over the three days, or a hare who shall blast through a ton of reviews for one day (or even all three!) all can take part in the fabulousness! (and Lauren's magnificent over-use of overzealous adjectives!)
Our main goal is to reduce the Works With Zero Reviews to no pages at all! And when that's done, we're going to kick butt and start whittling at the 19 pages of Works With Only One Review! As a secondary competition, everyone playing can make a list of their reviews in replies to this thread (with links to the reviews!) and whoever does the most reviews over the weekend wins eternal bragging rights! And maybe something cool, if I can think of something. xD
