I hope Kishi has some huge plot twist in there, like him being brainwashed or having a master-student relationship with him and/or being a vessel or something for part of Madara's soul and that the soul took full control of his body and that Obito's soul is desperately fighting inside. But knowing Kishi, he'll probably keep Obito as a bad guy. /~\
