We'll be relaxing and having fun in a prompt-style writing workshop where we'll be randomly passing out writing prompts and have limited time to write a short piece or fiction or poetry about it. Whether you've been to a workshop before, or are a newcomer, all should find this is a workshop they can feel comfortable participating in.
The workshop will be co-run by myself, Lauren2010, on the fiction side and the lovely and magnificent Audy on the poetry end. With Audy in attendance, there's no reason not to come!
We'll be starting at 4:00pm EST, which I believe is 9:00pm GMT, on Friday August 24th. I might work out a more diverse examples of times and add it to this post later, but there are loads of good time converters online that can help you out! Just keep in mind some areas may be experiencing daylight-savings-type time changes at the moment, so adjust accordingly when calculating! (I know we had some mix-up about it last time.)
I'll post the link to the googledoc where the workshop will be held on this thread about an hour before the workshop goes off, and I'll try to PM it to everyone who expresses an interest in coming as well! There's also usually a few of us milling about in the chatroom beforehand who can get you the link if you need it.
