I shook off the headache, and looked around the room. It was fairly large, with two large beds and matching nightstands. My mind automatically noted the walls were made of packed dirt and concrete. Apparently, we were underground, not above like I had previously assumed. I almost convinced myself we were going to be shut in a cage like lab rats, then dismissed the idea because of the expenses. Researchers didn't have that kind of money.
I pulled my motorcycle jacket off where it had been set on the floor. I put it on, and looked around until I saw my suitcase shoved neatly in the closet. Quickly, I fished through it, making sure my multi-tool was still there. Satisfied to see it was, I shoved it into my pocket. Didn't need the others know I was armed.
I stood up and walked towards the door, more or less curious to see who I would be spending the next two weeks with. I walked out into what seemed like a large living room, with a sofa and a few chairs set up. Passed out still on the floor in front of the love seat was a young boy, maybe a year younger than me.
I walked up to him, and tapped his shoulder with my converse.
"I'd get up if I were you." I told his unresponsive body.
Love is beautiful, but what would love be without life?
(Have any of the other male characters mentioned being able to remember? If not, Raymond will gladly do it.)

Something kept striking me softly on my right shoulder. My senses were fuzzy when I tried to come to; my hearing was odd, and my vision wasn't fully restored. The only thing I visually recognized were the white tip, rubber sides, silver eyelets, and white laces of one converse shoe at the tip of my shoulder. I blinked my eyes open and pushed the shoe lightly away. I staggered off a loveseat and looked at a girl in front of me, about my age.
My words caught in my mouth. What's going on? Where was I? Who was the girl standing in front of me? "Um - Hi." Was all I could squeak out. I inwardly cursed myself. Seriously, Raymond? Because talking to yourself was normal, at least it was for me.

I opened my eyes, and jerked upright. I had no idea where I was. I was lying on some sort of cot, with a plain nightstand to my left. In the nearest corner was a bag, with what little I had stuffed inside. I could see my boots poking out the top, and my ratty old scarf spilling out the side. There was a door on the other side of the room, left open.
Alright, Marina. Don't panic. Remember your checklist.
First item--my switchblade. I reached around my waist and patted my left pocket. Thankfully, my switchblade was still there. Good. Second, I ran my hands through my hair, and over my face. No head injuries--also good. That ruled out me being knocked unconscious and dragged here. Again, good.
Then I heard voices coming from another room. Definitely not good.
I jumped up and crept out the door, hand hovering over my left pocket. Outside was a boy, sprawled out on the floor, and a girl, kicking him lightly. I stopped, tense, waiting for one of them to say something.
The sound of footsteps padding cautiously caught my attention. My eyes flew to the girl standing in a doorway, her hand in one of her pockets. Her aura was a bit confused, but she would be ready if anything happened. The girl who had tapped me on the shoulder with her foot had an air of "don't-mess-with-me" around it. I didn't know what to say now.

~The first thing I felt was the cold floor. Immedietly happiness washed over me. I smiled. I wasn't dead. That's always something to be happy bout, isn't it?
I looked around to see a kitchen. I wonder if they have wafles. Checking and affirming my whim, I looked around the room some more. I smiled again. I found what I was scanning for.
"There you are my silent friend" I whispered to the camera not so cleverly hidden in the corner in the cieling. They counted on no one looking up. No one ever looks up. Shame.
I heard some noises in the other room and walked quietly to the door way, undetected.
I looked into the room to see a girl with her hand over her pocket. Weapon, most likely a knife. It certain as heck wasn't a cell phone. Two others were there as well. The girl looked like she was from the wrong side of the tracks. Most likely concealing a weapon. The boy seemed akward, unsure. No weapons, no threat.
The girl in the door way seemed like she would jump at me if I startled her. Let her think, let them all think they have the upper hand. They will find me. That will make them feel in control and they will less likely attack. Though that would be interesting.
I walked back into the room and took a frozen wafle from the fridge and put it in the toaster. If the food was poisened, then I'd atleast die with a wafle. The conversation continued in the next room a bit, but I didn't make it out.
"The wheel in the sky keeps on turning-" I softly sang parts of a song I heard once. I laughed for no reason.
The toaster made a ding noise. Conversation in the next room stopped. I turned sideways from the door so they could see I had no weapons nor was I waiting for them.
"Little Sis, Present Company" I nodded to the camera in the corner, stuffing the wafle into my smiling mouth "We're about to meet our new friends."~

Another boy appeared in a doorway. I hear him mumbling something and then heard a ding fromwhat I assumed was the kitchen. As I studied him, I noticed he wasn't frightened, or scared, or really anything. He was optimistic about whatever situation we were in, which I admired. I also saw him put something in his mouth and talk to something in the kitchen. Maybe he was talking to himself?
