Here it is. I painted the background and colored Naruto with Fabre Castle pencils. Hope you like it. :)

The first one's the sketch done in penil and the second is how it looks after the colors.

Oh yeah, you should totally be proud of this ^_^

I might've already said this in your first version, but I love the pose! Sometimes the difference between making a good picture and an awesome picture is the reference you use :)

So, brilliant job on the coloring, especially the background. It looks like I can just reach out and touch the canvas or something. I bet this looks really impressive in person, too! To me, it looks like fire behind him and a pool of blood. Which is really interesting. I also like the unexpected streaks of green in the background.

The coloring on Naruto is clean. I kind of wish it was a little bolder though, because the background kind of steals the show. If you would experiment with color and shades in the hair, it would stand out more. Right now, it looks like you only used one or maybe two colors. Try adding in some orange or brown, or dashing in some yellow paint or marker as well. If you experiment like that for the whole painting, it would stand out more I think.

The sketched version is really awesome on its own too, that would be something people would pay money for xP

Great job! Your best drawing yet! (In my opinion) :)

The good news is we can't make any mistakes.

That's just what translation is, I think. That's all speaking is. Listening to the other and trying to see past your own biases to glimpse what they're trying to say. Showing yourself to the world, and hoping someone else understands.
