Mount Olympus [3]

Jace

I rush to Rayah's side and take her in my arms, wiping the blood from her face as she does. My thirst returns and I swallow to compose myself, kissing her cleaned forehead.

"You okay?" I ask, licking my lips at all the blood.

Jericho

"To the skies Bahamut!" I order.

Bahamut spreads his wings and takes to the skies flying off into the distance, I was contaplating why Bahamut had attacked when no order was given to attack. When Bahamut was safely away from the area I rushed over to the woman side, as the man had strangly had blood on his face as he licked his face clean.

"Are you alright miss?" I ask.

Rayah

I nod slowly, Jackie seeing all the blood. She rushes over to me and crouches before me, "Rayah...you alright?"

I nod, "Uh...Yeah, I just got thrown into a building. Nothing serious," I chuckle, wiping my arms.

Jace

I licked the blood from the side of Rayah's face subconsciously before composing myself and taking a deep breath. Looking at the others, I burn a light shade of red before curling at Rayah's side and making sure she's okay again.

Jericho

I stand shaking my head, why was I feeling so worried for a girl I didn't even know? Then my past came back and slapped me in the face as flashbacks happen in mind head, I'm snapped back to reality as I hear the man behind me.

"Why did Bahamut attack Rayah?" He asks.

"I, don't know. Bahamut doesn't attack unless I give the order to, and sure enough I haven't given one. The only other time is if she had a smell of something other than a demigod on her, which I would think be near impossible." I said.

Rayah

Oh...sh*t.

I look at Jace and Jackie for a second before cuddling into Jace, swallowing and closing my eyes, hoping this would all just end.

Jace

An anvil drops in my chest and guilt consumes me completely. I take Rayah in my arms and hold her close as she cuddles into my chest. Swallowing, I glance at the others and blink my eyes back to blue from the purple her blood made them.

"Anything other than a demigod... the scent would cause him to do that?" I ask.

Jericho

"Yes, extensive periods of time near any type of monster, there sent will linger on the demigod. Have any idea on what shes been near as of late?" I ask.

"No." He says shaking his head.

I pinch the bridge of my noes trying to figure out what caused Bahamut to attack her, thats when I hear a mighty roar in the distance. Bahamut was returning, I look to the skies and in the distance I could make out the outline of Bahamut.

"Why is Bahamut coming back?" He asks.

"Not sure, I haven't given a signal to make a return trip to here. But if my hunch is correct, someone other than me is on it." I said.

Rayah

I keep against Jace, not wanting to face anyone, and keep my eyes closed.

"Sorry Rayah..." Jackie sighs.

"S'Fine," I sigh, my lips growing pale from the lose of blood.

I hear the dragon thingy come back and I shake my head, "Keep that away from me."

Jace

I kiss the top of Rayah's head and say nothing, unable to come to terms with my guilt. Nic holds Jackie closer and Alyx stands in front of us, awaiting what's to happen.

I'm sorry, Ray. Forgive me?

Jericho

Bahamut approching it gives a mighty roar as it moves over the city of Olympus and knowing only one other person who could be riding Bahamut. I wait until Bahamut is about to be overhead, I raise my hand into the air callingly as a figure leaps off Bahamut.

"What are you doing?" The guy asks.

"My sisters here." I said.

The figure gets closer as its in visual view, my sister grabs my hand as I hold tight using her momentum as I keep her from hitting the ground. I pull her back in the air and allow her flexiable body do a couple flips in the air as she soon lands with a smile.

"Make enough grand enterence sister?" I ask.

"What and your meterite enterence wasn't grand?" She asks jokingly.

Rayah

It's not you're fault.

I swallow, Jackie glancing around and her eyes turning red from too much people that have blood around her.

"Jackie," I whisper, "You're fine."

She nods slowly and I keep cuddled against Jace, closing my eyes again.

Jace

I watch everything happening from a distance, holding Rayah as close as possible. Nic brings Jackie closer to her and sets her face in his neck, begging her to relax and suggesting they leave. Alyx just stands off to the side as the siblings speak. We can't catch a break, can we?

Jericho

"Maybe so." I chuckle.

I walk back over to the couple, finally realising that I had never gotten any of there names yet. I suppose I should ask shouldn't I?

"So what are your names anyways?" I ask.

Rayah

Sighing, Jackie introduces herself, "Jackie. Daughter of Athena."

I open my eyes to look at the boy, "Rayah. Daughter of Aphrodite and Poseidon. Future goddess."

Jackie glares at me, "Lucky."

I shrug, closing my eyes again, "Not really."

She sighs again, shaking her head.
