I'm Nick, known as "eataninja" on forums (just because it's a unique name and nobody ever takes it). I'm 18 years old and looking for a good way to get back into writing. This place seemed like a good start . So yeah, expect to see some works from me up soon!

Teehee, I'm in the same boat as you, actually. I haven't been into writing as much as I once have been, but YWS is really good at keeping me on my toes in that department. I'm almost positive you'll find your footing and end up writing once again!

Phineas and Ferb is basically the only cartoon I can stand watching since Spongebob and Fairly Oddparents got iffy :/.
Recently I've been more into writing poetry/lyrics but I want to get back into writing stories. I have a few ideas in mind that I'm willing to try out, so we'll see how that goes.
First, allow me to make you aware of the rule we hold against eating pirates. Pirates are not to be food for our members, thank you for understanding.
So hi, I think you'll fit in just fine here and it's always nice to have another poet to swell our ranks! Feel free to post some of those poems while you're working on getting your head back into the prose side, which I'm sure you'll find plenty of inspiration for around here. Sometimes we just need that extra push to get us going.

You will meet lots of writers here, and everyone is happy to support and help you. If you are feeling bit dry for ideas, joining a storybook always inspires me. You find many new characters and you get a different point of view on a story from every writer, so give it a go!
