Check out more of Hayao Miyazaki's films. He does a lot of fantasy themed movies that make you go crazy. Including Spirited Away.
If you want anime with episodes and such, there are a lot, to tell you the truth. Check out some of the more popular ones. Although they won't be exactly the same as SA, you'll find them quite interesting too.
But...check out Tegami Bachi. It's fantasy themed and a bit sci-fy. Haven't watched it but people say it's good.
