Glad my other review was helpful to you, I'll do this one as well ^_^

So I guess this is Naruto as a girl (I might be wrong though, haha). The expression is cute and I think you did a great job with drawing the eyes and mouth. It can be really tough to do an expression where one eye is closed, or where you have to draw teeth, so that's awesome. Everything looks pretty good in that respect :D

Everything is spaced fine on the face expect the blushies. They are not in the same spot; the right one is higher than the left one. I'm pretty sure that the one of the left is correct. Imagine if the girl opened her right eye, it would totally cover up the cheek and the blush. So if you'd bring that down just a smidge you'll be great.

I like her hairsyle, the pigtails are cute. The only thing I can recommend is to do some shading, because it is all bright yellow. Use your reference (or find one) to figure out where the shading should go and where the strands are and add some detail that way. It's great how you included the white highlights at the top, but you need to do a lot more than that to make this realistic :D

Keep it up! It's great to see a colored pic! :)
The bad news is we don't have any control.
The good news is we can't make any mistakes.

Ah1 there you go! the sexy jutsu! I find it very amusing and it is very humorous too! The picture is very cute but it looks very plain and you could add a bit of life in there. And then again the whisker marks in the left cheek is not visible the blushes don't look some how to be a part of the picture. Overall you can do a lot better but this was no doubt a cool, cute and sweet picture. :)
