I'd like a review. I'm new and not sure exactly how this works but I was told to review someone else's work as I post the request for mine, so I'd be happy to.

Single Chapter of my novel. Looking for mistakes that aren't grammatical or spelling - those can be handled with editing. Interested in opinions about dialogue, characters, and overall presentation of the plot and story.
