The Last Hunger Games - Accepting with PO

So, we've all read the Hunger Games right? Riiiiiiiiiiiiight?
Yes. 
Okay, I'll carry on.
At the end of "Mockingjay", Katniss and others make a decision to host one last Hunger Games, for the children of Panem. The Districts force the surviving children of Panem to take part in the Games they've always celebrated, in one last act of rebellion. This, my Hunger Game loving friends, this, is the Last Hunger Games!

PLOT:

You're a young teenager, who's world has turned upside down ever since the districts began rebelling against the Capitol. But it's about to get worse. Haymitch is head gamemaker in the Hunger Games you may be taking part in, and he shows absolutely no mercy. Beware, you may be chosen.

CHARACTERS:

There are plenty of spots, twenty four, plus extras, but I highly doubt there will be that much people wanting to join. I am Haymitch, but there are plenty of characters available besides tributes. Katniss decided to have just twelve tributes, to get it over with quick. ALL the surviving children's names go into one big bowl ONCE each, so it's all fair. The SB will start when we have eight tributes and a few other characters.
You will begin just after the desicion to host another Games has been made, and it has been announced.

Name: Alexandria Dubroski
Age (12-18): 17
Gender: Female
Role: Capitol Citizen

Appearance (100 words please): She is short and petite. Has long dark red hair, and green eyes like emeralds. Her skin happens to be flawless, of course, she is from district two. Her hair is choppy at the ends, has a bunch of layers in her hair. Wears the best clothes that she can get, sneakers, skinny jeans and a spaghetti shirt.

Personality (100 words): This girl has spunk. She's hot-headed and very ignorant. All she can think about is herself and winning. She has no problem with making friends, or in this case, allies. Not many people like her though because of her strong attitude and honesty to others. She doesn't keep things to herself.

History (100): She grew up in The Capitol as one of the rebels. She never liked the way President Snow treated the other Districts. One Day, she has managed to travel through all the Districts, sneaking onto one of the bullet trains. She was shocked and very disappointed. Her parents had no clue. They were happy capitolists. Her siblings were against her, except for her older brother, who managed to escape Panem.

Strengths (3): Archery is her thing but she's only used the 'high-tech' ones, never the original. She was taught to hunt during the second rebellion. She can sweet talk people. And she knows how to survive.

Weaknesses (3): She isn't trustworthy. She won;t let any get close to her. She's really scared to die even though she's trained for this, she's afraid no one will like her, get no sponsors, no allies, and get killed off. Maybe by the other tributes or gamemakers. She can't handle two days being in the wild.

Other: She always has a necklace with her, a small arrow hanging of of it, representing her love for archery.

Nike, the tributes aren't from districts. They're from the capitol. You see, the point of the last hunger games was to give the capitol a taste of their own medicine

Name: Mazday Leoza
Age (12-18): 18
Gender: Female
Role: Mentor
Appearance (100 words please): Mazday's tall, with "BIG" hair (black and wavy), wears no makeup but, excessive jewelry. Blue-green eyes. Weighs 168 pounds, and stands 6 feet 4 inches.
Personality (100 words): Extremely modest, timid, and watchful. Doesn't say much but knows what she's doing. She is likely to help others, but doesn't need help herself. If there was a group against her, she'd be no more intimidated by the group than she would be one-on-one.
History (100): Survived a previous hungergame because she appeared dead but, really wasn't.
Strengths (3): excellent digger (creates tunnel systems), stealthy. Uses poison daggers.
Weaknesses (3): too nurturing

Name: Mora Snow (President Snow’s granddaughter.)

Age: 15 years old

Gender: Female

Role: Capital Citizen and a tribute in the Last Hunger games.

Appearance: Mora is around 5ft’ 5” with a petite build and long straight black hair that has one single streak of crimson through it, towards the front; near her face. Her skin is naturally pale (from being indoors too often, though by no wish of hers.) and unmarked. She has icy blue eyes that show her emotions easily (which can often let people know what she is thinking) and a splattering of freckles scattered over her nose. She doesn’t smile very often these days (for obvious reasons), so she normally looks grim but when she does smile she could be called beautiful, (though she never really believes it) and tends to wear comfortable clothing that lets her move around freely and has never really liked the Capitols way of dressing classing it as overdone and slightly (though she would never admit it to the people.) undignified.

Personality:
Mora is a reserved (even icy) girl who can be charming when she wants to be and despite who her family is has never quite agreed with the whole killing scheme that is the hunger games as she hates to watch people she has grown to admire die. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind and has never really cared of what people think of her, holding grudges easily but always remaining loyal to family and friends. She can be very brave at times but, like most people, the idea of participating in the hunger games terrifies her- even so she will do whatever she has to do to get out alive.

History: Mora is the granddaughter of the hated President Snow, who she- along with her brother- lived with after her father died when she was 10 years old.
She never knew her mother who disappeared when she was five.
Since then she has learned a lot of information both about the games and about poison and other ways to ‘get rid of (as her grandfather often said.) the people you don’t like- though that was a skill she didn’t often use. Growing up she always knew a lot about the Hunger Games and tributes before most other people as she often went with her grandfather to meet the tributes and although she knew ( or though she knew.) that she would never be in the games she often trained on the same courses other tributes did. (After the games had started of course.)


Strengths: Mora is quick witted and smart (which makes her a good liar who can usually get herself out of difficult situations- not always though.) with an ample (or… brilliant.) knowledge of poisons (how thy work, how to make them and what can be used as antidotes to said poisons.) and knives. (Her preferred weapon in the Hunger Games- she was a big fan of Clove.) She is also fast on her feet and (usually) and has a very strict control over her body. (When she needs to at least.)

Weaknesses: Mora isn’t a very strong person (to say the very least,) and finds it hard to communicate with others (especially now when a lot of people who hated her grandfather have now turned on her.) She finds it hard to trust people (though she will if she has to.) and hates losing to anyone or anything. (Though she does accept the fact that she cannot win every battle.)

Other: She may be up for love (but also maybe not.), her weapons of choice would be throwing knives and any poison she can find.

I thought all the people in the Capitol were exceedingly useless? As in, they be more likely to start crying and flailing than fight each other?
